Return/Refund Policy

You may return product within 30 days from the ship date, for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping & handling, and other discounts that may have applied to your original purchase. We cannot take returns on overly used products or products not purchased online at Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

Shipping Time

Touche uses UPS Ground Service that is included in the price of the product, shipping and handling time will be between 7-10 days.

Holiday Shipping and Handling

Holiday Shipping and handling time is same as usual per Standard UPS Shipping Dates.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the products in your shipment, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or (831) 313-4321.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
